ImageMinoan International College (former Trinity International School of Tourism Management), located in Greece, is an independent institution of  higher education, which offers programmes of study innovatively integrating the liberal arts and sciences with thorough professional preparation. Through its programmes, college encourages students of varied backgrounds and abilities to realize their fullest possible intellectual, professional and personal potential.

The college is located in one of the most beautiful places of Greece – the island of Crete. The campus is situated in a large 5-star hotel, which also houses a state of the art conference centre. All of this makes Minoan probably the best place to prepare for a high end career as a hotel, conference or culinary manager.

The fact that most of the students are already offered high end jobs before graduation proves that Minoan very high standards are recognized by the industry. It is also important to mention that the college has very carefully chosen and highly qualified faculty which provides the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge for a successful career in the hospitality and tourism industry.

As Minoan is very specialized, it is not a big, at the moment it hosts 100 students. This is also essential for maintaining a strictly professional and personal approach. Despite a rather small number of students, the student body is very international, hosting people from all over the world. Only about 30% of the students are Greek.

ImageThere are three swimming pools right on the campus and a sandy, blue flag beach is only a few steps away. Outside the campus, students can enjoy life, meet and interact with other young people on Crete, share a rich social life, sports, dance, song and other entertainment opportunities.

The education can be compared to Business Management education because successful tourism manager also needs to know a good deal about management, economics and public relations. Besides that the studies cover the whole range of tourism providing several different specializations. The language of study is English, as it usually is in international schools.

Minoan undergraduate programmes grant Bachelor degrees in the following fields of specialization:

BSc in Hospitality and Tourism Management

BSc in Convention, Event and Exhibition Management

BSc in Food, Beverage and Culinary Management
